Not your average yoga studio. Beat-based and HIIT inspired, the PhORM Method is designed to flow through strength training major muscle groups, while stretching and lengthening the body. The three different class types – pHlow, scUlpt, and pOwer – vary in difficulty and sweat level, but all work to connect your mind and body through music, exercise and meditation. Under purple and black lights, each class begins with a burning sage cleanse, before diving into a series of flows sprinkled with cardio bursts, pulses and reps – all to the beat of the music.
